"It’s becoming a bit of a cliché to describe 2020 as “an unprecedented year”. However, it’s safe to say that it’s a pretty accurate description. Like many other university students, I approached the start of a new term in January with a sense of fizzing anticipation. This would be the year that I donned my graduation gown, closed my books for good and got ready to enter the big, bad world of employment. Things turned out rather differently than I imagined."
